• The Intel driver date version is 07 jan 2016 20. I don't even know if the drivers are the problem, but I find it quite strange that there are no update for the intel card, and that the newest driver that is installed, is more than a year ago old. On Intels driverpage the newest driver for HD 530 is no more than a few month old.
• Install Intel (R) HD Graphics 530 driver for Windows 7 x64, or download DriverPack Solution software for automatic driver installation and update.

1. In the Intel® Iris® and HD Graphics Control Panel (under Options > Options menu > Information Center), the ’Installed DirectX* version’ refers to the operating system’s DirectX version. The Information Center’s ‘Supported DirectX* Version’ refers to the Intel® Graphics Driver’s supported DirectX version. The DirectX 12 API is supported but some optional features may not be available. Applications using the DirectX 12 API should query for feature support before using specific hardware features. • Long load times may be observed for some tracks in Forza Motorsport 7*
• Bezel value may not correctly increment/decrement when using bezel correction in collage mode
